Systems: The Seeburger live system will not be available for a short time during this adjustment. The exact time slot will be communicated in calendar week 28.
User Impact: Customer action required!
If your business partners haven’t allowed the new IP addresses, it may be possible that the file transfer from the Seeburger production system to the partner isn’t possible anymore after the changeover.
Details:
Due to adjustments in the network infrastructure, the outgoing IP addresses with which the Seeburger communicates to the Internet, will change. This will affect all outgoing connections (via proxy) in the production system via the following communication protocols:
- AS2
- FTP
- HTTP/HTTPS
- OFTP2
- SFTP
- X400
The incoming IP addresses to be used, to send from Internet to Seeburger will not change.
The following IP addresses will change:
- OLD: 62.225.131.0/24 (62.225.131.1 - 62.225.131.254)
- NEW: 185.101.4.0/22 (185.101.4.1 - 185.101.7.254)
In order to ensure a smooth transition, we ask you to inform your business partners about this. Please also adapt your communication data sheets accordingly. You can find a mail template for communication towards your business partners in the attachments.
